Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and deliver timely inventory reports on a weekly, monthly, and as-needed basis.

  • Conduct monthly cycle counts in collaboration with Store and Production, ensuring discrepancies are addressed and resolved.

  • Provide consistent weekly and monthly analyses on scrap management and report accurately.

  • Handle month-end inventory journal entries, ensuring accurate reconciliations, including scrap.

  • Establish and maintain Master Data for new products and ensure accurate standard costs in SAP for purchased and manufactured items.

  • Produce accurate weekly and monthly reports on Indirect Material and Maintenance activities.

  • Coordinate with both internal and external auditors, ensuring effective communication across all staff levels.

  • Execute additional duties and responsibilities as directed by senior management.

Requirement:

  • At least Diploma in Finance/Accounting and or professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA )

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.

  • Strong sense of responsibility, independence, and motivation

  • Ability to provide insightful insights and recommendations for improvement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
