Role Overview
As an
Affiliate Marketing Executive (KOL & Social Commerce)
, you will be responsible for driving sales through affiliate marketing programs by collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), influencers, and content creators. You will play a key role in scaling performance across
e-commerce and social commerce platforms
, ensuring strong conversion through strategic partnerships and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and manage
KOLs, influencers, and affiliates
to drive sales performance.
Develop and execute
affiliate marketing strategies
across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Build strong relationships with KOLs and agencies to ensure long-term collaboration and performance growth.
Plan and coordinate
campaigns, product seeding, and promotional activities
with affiliates.
Track and analyze affiliate performance (traffic, conversion, GMV) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
Monitor trends in
social commerce and influencer marketing
to identify new growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Brand, E-commerce, and Trade Marketing teams to align messaging and campaign objectives.
Manage affiliate platforms, commission structures, and campaign budgets.
Ensure timely execution of campaigns and proper tracking/reporting of results.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
1–4 years of experience in
Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or E-commerce
.
Strong understanding of
social commerce platforms
(e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee Affiliate, Lazada Affiliate).
Experience working with
KOLs, influencers, or talent agencies
.
Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Proactive, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
