We are seeking an Amazon E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team located in Boca Raton, FL.

The Amazon E-Commerce account manager will be responsible for optimizing the sales and performance of our products on the Amazon Seller Central platform. This includes creating and maintaining product listings, variants, appeals for compliance, A+ pages, brand stores and more. This person will work closely with other members of the E-Commerce team to ensure that our products are effectively marketed and sold on these platforms.

OVERVIEW:

The Amazon E-Commerce Associate will oversee and optimize our product presence across e-commerce sites, our website and other marketplaces as needed. This role requires expertise in product listing management, content optimization, and marketplace strategy to drive sales, maintain account health, and enhance customer experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and enhance Amazon brand assets including Brand Registry tools, A+ Content, and the Amazon Storefront to ensure consistent, high-quality brand experience.
  • Manage item setup and ongoing catalog maintenance in Seller Central (product creation, variations, attributes, category mapping) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collect, organize, and report key data while handling daily operational and administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly.
  • Monitor and optimize listing content for SEO performance by refining keywords, backend search terms, and on-page copy to improve visibility and ranking.
  • Own and optimize product listings end-to-end (titles, bullets, descriptions, attributes, variations) to improve conversion rate and reduce listing suppression.
  • Manage inventory health by monitoring stock levels, stranded inventory, restock recommendations, and forecasting needs in partnership with supply chain/ops.
  • Coordinate and execute promotions (Coupons, Deals, Prime Exclusive Discounts) and ensure pricing strategy aligns with margin and brand guidelines.
  • Monitor account health and compliance (policy alerts, performance notifications, restricted products, brand registry issues) and resolve cases with Seller Support.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (sessions, conversion rate, sales, Buy Box %, organic rank) and provide weekly/monthly insights and recommendations.
  • Manage customer experience levers including reviews/Q&A monitoring, feedback resolution, and addressing recurring customer issues with internal teams.
  • Support new product launches by coordinating creative assets, keyword strategy, content readiness, and launch tracking.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

ABILITIES

  • Proficient in Excel, Vlookup, Gmail, Dropbox
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced atmosphere as well as with team members
  • Extremely detail oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, commiserate experience
  • 1-3 years experience direct Amazon seller central portal
