The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities of the branch, ensuring exceptional client service, and supporting the achievement of business growth targets. Qualifications:
Associate degree or equivalent experience in banking, finance, business, or related field.
4–7 years of experience in retail banking operations, with leadership responsibilities preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, banking software, and office equipment.
Strong coaching, mentoring, and staff development skills.
Experience with process improvement, operational efficiency, and compliance management.

Monitor and ensure the branch meets operational standards, including cash management, transaction processing, and client service delivery.

Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance branch performance and client satisfaction.
Team Leadership:
Manage branch staff performance through coaching, mentoring, and regular evaluations.
