Desired Candidate Basic Profile:

· Education & Professional Certifications: Graduation; 10+2+3/4 years of formal education.

· Work Experience: 1 to 5 years of real time experience in US/UK/Canadian Geo.

· Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills (business emails and chats)

· Knowledge of basic computer operations, Microsoft Excel & ability to learn.

· Willingness to rotate/delay shifts as needed by the business needs.

Job Description:

· Handle Inbound and Outbound calls/chats to help/clarify/suggest appropriately ensuring sale of the products.

· Conduct needs-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate training options.

· Efficiently and effectively execute up-selling and cross-selling to meet set monthly/Quarterly revenue targets.

· Closely co-ordinate with immediate Supervisor, plan & further optimize effective Campaigns in order to meet set monthly/Quarterly revenue targets.

· Ensure registration & sales data are processed to create a funnel-pipeline for higher value sales and generate repeated business opportunities.

· Work on building industry knowledge about the assigned vertical and successfully complete various Development Training programs offered as per the business needs.

· Accurately update and maintain various database trackers.

· Handle Inbound, Outbound calls/chats to successfully execute various time bound campaigns to reach to the past and current customers.

· Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.

· Bring any high potential cases or any irate customer to your immediate supervisor’s immediate attention.

· Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity.

Pay: ₹13,920.11 - ₹58,058.11 per month
