About the Role
Greate Consultant is placing Café Crew Members across multiple locations with immediate openings. Crew members are generalist team players who can rotate across the bar, counter, and floor depending on what the shift needs most. If you prefer variety over a single fixed role, and if you like knowing that your flexibility makes you one of the most valuable people on the team, a crew member position is built for your working style.
What You Will Do
Cover counter, bar support, or floor duties as directed by the shift supervisor — rotating between roles as staffing requires
Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages when assigned to bar support, following the recipe guide accurately
Take orders and handle transactions at the register when assigned to counter, maintaining accuracy during busy periods
Clear tables, sweep floors, and maintain a clean and welcoming seating area when assigned to the floor
Support opening setup including equipment startup, restocking, and display case preparation
Support closing cleanup including equipment washing, surface sanitizing, and till count assistance
Restock supplies proactively throughout the shift without waiting to be asked
Communicate clearly with teammates and the shift lead about what tasks are pending and what support is needed
What You Need
Adaptable, self-motivated approach to work — crew members adjust without needing repeated direction
Comfort moving between different tasks and areas of the café during the same shift
Physical stamina for active, on-your-feet shifts of 4 – 6 hours
Reliable availability for at least 2 – 3 shifts per week
Team-player mindset — the crew only works when everyone is pulling their weight
Must be 16 or older — no prior café experience required
Nice to Have
Previous multi-role experience in any food service or retail setting
Barista or cashier experience for faster integration into the bar and counter roles
Food handler certification
