About the Role
The Elite Job is connecting candidates with Café Team Member positions at local coffee shops and café chains hiring immediately. What You Will Do
Welcome customers at the counter, take orders with accuracy, and process payments using the POS system
Support the bar team by filling to-go cups, labeling orders, and organizing the drink handoff area
Prepare simple hot and cold beverages including drip coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and packaged cold drinks
Clear and clean tables, sweep floors, and empty trash bins to maintain a welcoming dining area throughout the shift
Restock customer-facing areas including the condiment station, pastry case, and retail display
Run food and drinks to seated customers when the café operates table service
Support closing or opening procedures as assigned by the shift supervisor
Ask for help and guidance from your supervisor whenever something is unclear — that is what training shifts are for
What You Need
No previous experience required — this is a genuine entry-level role with full training provided
Consistent availability for at least 2 – 3 shifts per week
Good attitude and team spirit — the best café team members lift the energy of everyone around them
Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift light supply items for a 4 – 5 hour shift
