Full Time Role based onsite in Birkenhead.

Sensée is looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team. If you're passionate about helping business customers, thrive on hitting targets, and are looking for a role with uncapped earning potential, we want to hear from you!

Training: 5 weeks (Monday to Friday: 9am-6pm)

Opening Hours: Monday to Friday: 8am – 9pm, Weekends: 9am – 8pm

About the Role

  • Primary point of contact for our valued business customers
  • Provide outstanding customer support, resolving their issues and ensuring their mobile and broadband services run smoothly – Billing questions, technical support, and general account management
  • Proactively identify and seize opportunities to sell new products, upgrade existing services, and retain customers
  • Dynamic role where you'll build strong relationships, efficiently troubleshoot and deliver solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex issues and ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Achieve and exceed sales, retention, and customer satisfaction targets.

  • Tech-savvy: You're comfortable navigating various systems and have a good understanding of mobile and broadband technologies (or are a quick learner!).
  • Resilience: You can handle challenging situations, including sales objections, with a calm and professional demeanour.
  • Team player: You're collaborative and enjoy working as part of a supportive team that celebrates success.
  • Previous experience in a customer service and/or sales role is highly desirable.
