Primary point of contact for our valued business customers
Provide outstanding customer support, resolving their issues and ensuring their mobile and broadband services run smoothly – Billing questions, technical support, and general account management
Proactively identify and seize opportunities to sell new products, upgrade existing services, and retain customers
Dynamic role where you'll build strong relationships, efficiently troubleshoot and deliver solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex issues and ensure a seamless customer journey.
