Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting, while maintaining their dignity and privacy.
Provide support with mobility, transfers, and ambulation, utilizing appropriate equipment and techniques.
Assist residents with mealtime, including feeding assistance and ensuring adequate nutrition and hydration.
Administer or assist with medication reminders as per care plans and facility policies.
Engage residents in meaningful activities, social interaction, and provide companionship.
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents, including light housekeeping tasks in their rooms.
Monitor and record residents' health status, documenting any changes or concerns and reporting them to the nursing staff.
Communicate effectively and empathetically with residents, their families, and the care team.
Adhere to all facility policies, procedures, and relevant healthcare regulations.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.
Required Skills
Proven empathy and compassion for elderly individuals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow instructions meticulously and work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications
