Location: Remote (Florida or Texas residents only)
What You'll Do
As a key member of our customer service team, you'll primarily assist customers through live chat, helping them with:
Product questions and recommendations
Order status updates
Shipping and damage claims
Pricing calculations and quotes
Vendor and customer communications
General support and problem-solving
You'll play an important role in creating excellent customer experiences while identifying opportunities to support sales and business growth.
