What You Will Do
Client Ambassadorship: Act as the first point of contact, delivering "gold-standard" service via phone and email. You’ll turn complex inquiries into seamless solutions.
Data Integrity & Analysis: Manage, audit, and update critical databases. You’ll be our "detail detective," ensuring every record is accurate and consistent.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing channels to execute online and offline acquisition plans, helping the department hit growth milestones.
Operational Support: Navigate administrative and marketing assignments with agility, supporting the team’s broader strategic goals.
