Cloud Architecture Consultant

We are working with one of our clients to place an Azure Fabric Engineer / Architect on a contract basis.

About the Role

Hybrid role based in McKinney, TX.

Responsibilities Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience — Lakehouse, Warehouse, OneLake, Semantic Models ETL/ELT pipeline development + data migration from legacy and on-premises systems CI/CD for Fabric artifacts via Azure DevOps, Git workflows, and YAML pipelines Governance, monitoring, and production support experience for enterprise data platforms Service principals, RBAC, and secret management Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration skills Qualifications Target candidates: Azure Data Engineers, Microsoft Fabric Architects, Senior Data Engineers — open to work or passively open. Priority on candidates currently working in active Microsoft Fabric environments. Required Skills Hands-on Microsoft Fabric experience CI/CD for Fabric artifacts Governance and monitoring experience Preferred Skills Experience with Delta/Parquet processing Service principals and RBAC knowledge Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills
