About the Role
MNC JOBS INFO is placing part-time Coffee Shop Servers with cafés offering flexible scheduling. Coffee shop servers bridge the gap between the bar and the customer — delivering drinks, refilling pastry orders, clearing tables, and making sure every guest feels looked after. This role suits outgoing individuals who thrive in a busy social setting and want part-time hours they can control around their personal schedule.
What You Will Do
Bring completed drink orders to seated customers, confirming accuracy and presenting items neatly
Check in with seated guests during their visit to offer refills, pastry recommendations, or additional items
Clear tables promptly after customers leave, wipe down surfaces, and reset with clean condiment sets and napkins
Assist at the counter during high-volume periods — taking orders, packaging to-go items, and running food
Answer questions about the drink menu, daily specials, and allergy information for all menu items
Communicate ticket accuracy issues or customer complaints to the shift supervisor in a calm and professional manner
Maintain the seating area appearance — straightening chairs, sweeping crumbs, and keeping the floor clear of spills
Assist the barista team with drink pickup calls and help manage the drink handoff queue during peak times
What You Need
Social, warm personality — servers are on the floor with customers for the entire shift
Good memory for drink orders and table numbers during busy service periods
Physical stamina — this role involves constant walking, bending, and light carrying throughout the shift
Reliable attendance — the team depends on servers showing up for their scheduled shifts
Availability for at least 2 – 3 shifts per week including weekends
Must be 16 or older — prior food service experience is a plus but not required
Nice to Have
Restaurant or café server experience in any capacity
Knowledge of specialty coffee beverages and how to describe them to curious customers
Bilingual communication skills for high-traffic locations
