Your role will be to assist our customer service team in meeting the needs of commercial insurance policyholders. As a member of the Commercial lines customer service department, you will work with Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives and report to our Office Manager.</p><p><br /><strong>What You Will Do:</strong></p><ul><li>Electronically attach documents</li><li>Review commercial insurance policy documents for accuracy in rating, typing and coverage</li><li>Document discrepancies and/or errors in reviewed policy documents</li><li>Prepare written correspondence</li><li>Process endorsement requests</li><li>Issue certificates of insurance and auto ID cards</li><li>Process cancellation notices</li><li>Process invoices</li><li>Maintain electronic files in an orderly, up-to-date manner</li><li>Maintain regular, pro-active communication with service team members</li></ul><p><strong>What You Will Bring:</strong><br />Our ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of commercial insurance experience and the following credentials/skills:</p><ul><li>Property and Casualty Insurance license</li><li>Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience</li></ul><p><strong>Why You'll Love Us:</strong><br />We support work/life balance and have a flexible work environment.
