The Credit Risk and Analytics Analyst will provide analysis, insights, and reporting to drive sustainable growth for the loan portfolio and operational effectiveness for Yamaha Motor Finance Canada. Responsibilities Develop new credit risk reports and quality assurance checks as required, and provide adhoc analyses of portfolio trends. Participate in risk oversight activities and meetings, and deliver in-depth insights into the drivers of key risk trends Monitor and analyze the automated credit risk strategy to improve decision-making effectiveness and drive business growth. Review and enhance the risk segmentation strategy to ensure that loans are approved at the appropriate price-to-risk level Manage and execute the design, implementation, and pre- and post-campaign analyses for new marketing, product, sales, and risk initiatives (e.g., collection and retention strategies). Provide analytical and reporting support to various departments across the finance company Support the Compliance team by reviewing and cataloging relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Prepare and maintain documentation for compliance audits and reviews.
