Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality to ensure seamless product development and launch. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve product designs and processes. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including management and customers. Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Train and mentor team members to optimize their performance and development. Support customer meetings and presentations to showcase product features and capabilities. Conduct thorough testing and validation of products to ensure they meet safety and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, specifications, and test results. Continuously evaluate and improve engineering processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Follow company policies and procedures, and adhere to all safety regulations. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source necessary materials and components for product development.
