As a Hair Stylist, you will provide high-quality hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments, while ensuring excellent customer service. • Perform haircuts, styling, coloring, perming, straightening, and other hair treatments for clients.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend suitable styles and treatments.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the salon, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized.
• Provide excellent customer service to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Recommend hair care products and treatments to clients to enhance their look and maintain hair health.
• Work collaboratively with other stylists and salon staff to create a positive and professional environment.
• Ensure compliance with salon policies, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Certification or diploma in hairdressing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of various hairstyling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and treatments.
• Ability to assess clients hair conditions and recommend suitable treatments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail in styling and coloring.
• Good time management and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a professional and friendly attitude.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon or similar setting.
• Experience working with diverse hair types and textures is a plus.
• Prior experience in a high-end salon is advantageous.

• 6 days a week with 1 day off.
• Shift-based schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Working hours: 10 AM – 8 PM (may vary based on client bookings).

• In-depth understanding of different hair types and scalp conditions.
• Knowledge of professional hair products and their applications.
• Ability to create trendy and classic hairstyles as per client preferences.
• Strong interpersonal skills to ensure a comfortable and welcoming salon experience.
• Commitment to maintaining salon hygiene and safety standards.
