Key Responsibilities
Support the HR team in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Assist in employee engagement initiatives, learning & development programs, and performance management activities.
Maintain accurate HR records, databases, and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Participate in HR projects related to organizational development, talent management, and diversity & inclusion.
Provide administrative support to HR leaders, helping streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Analyze HR data to generate insights that support decision-making and enhance employee experience.
Assist in coordinating internal communications and HR events, fostering a positive workplace culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience
No prior professional HR experience required; internships or academic projects in HR or related areas are a plus.
