Job Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: l Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and process mapping to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in warehouse operations. l Use data analysis and statistical methods to develop solutions for improving process flow, labor utilization, and overall operational performance. l Assist in tracking and analyzing product performance metrics to drive decision-making and continuous improvement. l Collaborate with operational teams to implement and test process changes, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to daily operations. l Drive projects focused on cost reduction, space optimization, labor productivity, and quality improvement within the warehouse environment. l Utilize engineering principles and tools to design and implement systems that enhance safety, ergonomics, and overall working conditions for warehouse associates. l Participate in market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement. l Generate reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate project findings, progress, and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels. l Participate in cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement projects to support the overall growth and success of SHEIN’s operations. Job Requirements l Master’s above degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business, Operational Research, or Computer Science. l 5+ years of experience in robotic analysis operational research, or a related field l Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach. l Understanding of agile methodologies and product development concepts. l Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software. l Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams. l Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement. l Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
