Position Overview: As the Internet Sales Associate, youll lead the strategy for online sales, focusing on optimizing lead handling, quick response times, and maximizing conversions. Your goal is to drive revenue through efficient, personalized follow-ups, with the goal of exceeding sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead Management: Prioritize and respond to inbound leads swiftly and effectively, ensuring no opportunity is missed. Conversion Optimization: Use data-driven strategies to maximize conversion rates from inbound traffic, ensuring a seamless, personalized sales journey. Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to provide top-tier, prompt responses to customer inquiries, enhancing satisfaction and loyalty. Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement, refine strategies, and track KPIs. Qualifications: Proven experience in internet sales or e-commerce, with a focus on lead management and conversion. Strong communication skills with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries. Experience with CRM tools, analytics, and digital marketing strategies. A motorcycle endorsement (M1) is a plus for this role.
