Own It:

  • Lead and drive acquisition strategy to deliver lead volume and quality targets aligned with business goals.
  • Manage and optimise budget allocation across channels to improve CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
  • Be accountable for website and landing page performance, driving improvements in conversion rates and funnel efficiency.

Build Trust:

  • Align with Sales on lead definitions and continuously improve lead handover quality and Sales satisfaction.
  • Partner Product Marketing to ensure messaging is accurate, credible, and drives higher-quality lead conversion.
  • Manage agencies, partners, and vendors to deliver measurable ROI and performance outcomes.

One Team:

  • Collaborate with CRM to ensure lead nurturing improves conversion from lead to opportunity.
  • Work with Digital/Tech teams to deliver UX/UI improvements that drive conversion uplift.
  • Partner Marketing Analytics & MarTech to track, report, and optimise campaign and funnel performance.

Move Fast:

  • Lead continuous A/B testing across messaging, offers, creatives, and journeys to drive measurable uplift in conversion and engagement.
  • Optimise channel mix and campaigns based on data to improve efficiency and scalability of acquisition.

Drive Innovation:

  • Define and refine value propositions, messaging, and USPs to increase lead quality and conversion rates.
  • Test and scale new acquisition channels (performance, partnerships, events) to unlock incremental lead growth.

Delight Customers:

  • Optimise website experience for clarity and usability to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
  • Enhance end-to-end acquisition journeys to deliver a seamless and high-converting customer experience.

Job Requirements:

  • 7 years in acquisition, growth, or performance marketing.
  • Proven track record of delivering lead growth, conversion improvement, and cost efficiency (CPL, CAC, ROAS).
  • Strong experience in A/B testing, CRO, and funnel optimisation.
  • Hands-on experience managing both digital and offline acquisition channels.
  • Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Product Marketing, CRM, and Tech.
  • Experience managing agencies and partners.
  • Leadership experience with ability to drive execution through teams.
