  • Analyse marketing, enquiry, and enrolment data to understand parent behaviour and drop-off points
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards for marketing and customer service
  • Translate data into clear insights and action plans
  • Track conversion funnels from ads → enquiry → follow-up → enrolment

Marketing & Retargeting

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns (Meta, Google, retargeting)
  • Design retargeting strategies based on user behaviour
  • Optimise cost per qualified lead and conversion rates
  • Continuously test and improve messaging, audiences, and funnels

C. CRM, Tools & Automation Ownership

  • Champion marketing & customer service systems (CRM, WhatsApp tools, dashboards)
  • Improve lead management, tagging, and follow-up flows
  • Ensure marketing and CS data are connected and actionable
  • Recommend and implement automation improvements where suitable

D. Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Creative to guide performance-based content
  • Work closely with Customer Service to improve conversion and follow-up quality
  • Provide weekly performance insights to management
