Houston Skilled Consultancy is looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Online PDF to Excel Data Converter to join our growing remote data management team. This position involves accurately converting information from PDF documents into structured Excel sheets while maintaining data integrity and consistency. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a high degree of accuracy in handling sensitive data.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring data accessibility and usability across departments, supporting analytical and business operations with well-organized, high-quality data conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Convert data accurately from PDF files into Excel spreadsheets using specialized tools and manual methods.
Review and verify converted data to ensure 100% accuracy and format consistency.
Organize, label, and structure Excel sheets for ease of use by the internal team.
Maintain confidentiality and securely handle sensitive business information.
Collaborate with project coordinators to meet daily and weekly data conversion targets.
Identify data discrepancies and perform corrections where necessary.
Manage bulk data conversion tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
Provide regular progress updates and maintain organized digital records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data organization functions (formulas, formatting, filters, pivot tables).
