As an Online Tutor, you will empower students to understand complex concepts, foster curiosity, and help them achieve academic excellence. Key Responsibilities
Conduct live, interactive online tutoring sessions for students in Math and Science across various grade levels.
Develop and deliver personalized lesson plans aligned with BYJU’S curriculum and teaching methodology.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to ensure academic growth.
Create a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates students to learn and explore.
Address student queries promptly and clarify doubts in real-time during sessions.
Maintain records of student performance and share progress reports with parents/guardians when required.
Collaborate with fellow tutors and the academic team to improve lesson content and delivery.
Stay updated with the latest teaching practices, tools, and resources in online education.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Science, Mathematics, Education, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Strong proficiency in Math and Science subjects, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
