DescriptionPaid Search Media Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels. This role is crucial for driving qualified traffic, increasing conversions, and maximizing return on investment (ROI) to achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of search engine marketing (SEM), a passion for achieving measurable results, and excellent analytical and communication skills.With your expert knowledge of the search landscape, you will work with key CLIENT partners to keep internal leadership and stakeholder teams educated on channel strategy, performance, and optimizations. You will engage and influence stakeholders across CLIENT and at our agency partners to ensure the quality of CLIENT’s search engine marketing strategy through the development and implementation of media plans, media buying, and campaign optimization.Additional responsibilities include; Performing research and analysis in order to define market segments and understand the competitive landscape. Establishes product, service and promotional priorities based on projected results considering overall short and long term returns against the assets and resources expended. Coordinates with other functional areas to ensure marketing priorities are consistent with corporate strategic and operational plans. Assesses market penetration and customer satisfaction. Creates and oversees production of promotional materials to support product and sales initiatives. Identifies and implements procedures and systems to ensure the marketing activities are consistent and as efficient as possible while meeting internal and external customer needs. Required qualifications:4 or more years of experience in paid search advertising, SEO, and/or digital marketing, to include at least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: paid search media planning and buying, ad operations, media measurement and analytics, account/client management.Ability to analyze data, optimize and ensure campaign goals are being fully met.4 or more years of progressive related experience in digital advertising (paid social, programmatic, paid search), digital marketing, or digital media strategy, to include at least 2 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: media planning and buying (paid social, programmatic, paid search), ad operations, measurement and analytics, account/client management.Experience using Google Ads, Bing Ads, SA360
