Duties
Perform detailed cleaning of residential spaces including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and common areas
Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize surfaces to company standards
Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, and fixtures
Clean kitchen surfaces including countertops, appliance exteriors, sinks, and cabinet fronts
Remove trash and replace liners throughout the home
Make beds and tidy rooms as requested
Maintain our storage facility stock
Follow customized cleaning checklists based on each client’s needs
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any issues promptly
Follow all safety procedures and company policies while working in clients’ homes
Requirements
Previous residential cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience preferred (but not required – we provide training)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional, respectful demeanor when working in clients’ homes
Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Reliable transportation and punctuality
Excellent time management skills to complete homes efficiently within scheduled timeframes
