Part-Time Consultant for Oracle Exadata Knowledge Transfer

We are looking for a part-time consultant with specialized expertise in Oracle Exadata engineered systems to support a three-month knowledge transfer initiative. The consultant will dedicate 4–8 hours per week attending knowledge transfer calls, reviewing operational procedures, and helping build comprehensive documentation covering Exadata administration, patching, performance tuning, storage management, and monitoring. You will serve as a subject matter expert to ensure the receiving team gains a thorough understanding of the platform’s unique architecture and operational requirements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience administering Exadata Database Machines in enterprise environments, including familiarity with cell server management, InfiniBand networking, Oracle ASM, and Exadata-specific tools such as DBMCLI and CellCLI. Experience with Exadata migrations, upgrades, or transitions between support teams is a strong plus. This is a remote, part-time role with potential for ongoing support engagement following service assumption.
