About the Role
CoachX is seeking an experienced HR Analytics Trainer to conduct weekend training sessions for learners enrolled in our HR Analytics with AI certification program. The ideal candidate should have expertise in HR processes, People Analytics, HR Metrics, HRIS, and data-driven decision-making, along with the ability to train freshers and working professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver live interactive weekend sessions on HR Analytics and People Analytics.
Train learners on:
HR Analytics Fundamentals
People Analytics & Workforce Analytics
HR Metrics & KPIs
Recruitment & Retention Analytics
Employee Engagement & Performance Analytics
Attrition Analysis & Predictive HR Models
HR Data Visualization & Dashboarding
HRIS Concepts and Implementation
AI Applications in HR
Demonstrate practical use cases using Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and AI tools.
Conduct assignments, case studies, and capstone project reviews.
Mentor learners and resolve doubts during training sessions.
Assess learner progress and provide actionable feedback.
Share real-world HR analytics and HR technology insights.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, L&D, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Engagement.
Hands-on experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or Workforce Planning.
Knowledge of HR Metrics, Attrition Analysis, Employee Lifecycle Analytics, and HR Reporting.
Experience with Excel and dashboarding tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, BambooHR, or similar.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Eligibility
MBA (HR), PGDM (HR), Master's in HRM, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3 years of HR Analytics, HRBP, HR Operations, HR Technology, People Analytics, or Corporate Training experience.
Prior training or teaching experience will be preferred.
Preferred Candidate
Experience delivering corporate or EdTech training programs.
Hands-on exposure to HR dashboards and workforce analytics projects.
Ability to explain technical and analytical concepts to non-technical learners.
Experience working with HR Tech or HRIS implementation projects.
