About the role

We are seeking a talented Proton Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team at DIMENSI CARCITY SDN BHD'. In this full-time role based in Klang, Selangor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales and customer service to showcase our Proton vehicles and secure new sales. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of a renowned automotive brand in a fast-paced and rewarding sales environment.

What you'll be doing

1. Presenting Proton's product range and features in an informative and persuasive manner
2. Conducting test drives and providing detailed product demonstrations
3. Negotiating sales contracts and closing deals effectively
4. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Proton's models, pricing, and promotions
5. Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
6. Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
7. Participating in marketing initiatives and events to drive brand awareness and sales

What we're looking for

1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
2. Excellent negotiation and closing skills
3. Working knowledge of the local automotive market and trends
4. A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service
5. A positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
6. We welcome applicants with little to no prior sales experience. Training will be provided.
