<p><strong>Development Analyst – Affordable Housing</strong></p><p><br></p><p>📍 Nashville, TN (On-Site)</p><p><br></p><p>A vertically integrated real estate investment and development firm is looking to add a Development Analyst to support its growing affordable housing platform in Nashville.</p><p>This is a hands-on opportunity to work across the full development lifecycle, including underwriting, financial analysis, project execution, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The role offers strong exposure to affordable housing development projects from acquisition through stabilization.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with financial underwriting and development modeling for affordable housing projects</li><li>Support due diligence, market research, and investment analysis</li><li>Coordinate with consultants, lenders, municipalities, and project partners throughout the development process</li><li>Help manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting materials</li><li>Support LIHTC applications, financing processes, and development execution efforts</li><li>Prepare investment memos, presentations, and internal reporting materials</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>1+ years of experience within affordable housing development, real estate development, or related real estate roles</li><li>Exposure to affordable housing projects and/or LIHTC preferred</li><li>Strong financial modeling and analytical skills</li><li>Highly organized with strong communication abilities</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field preferred</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Location</strong></p><ul><li>Nashville, TN</li><li>Full-time, on-site position</li></ul><p></p>
