Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
Elicit, document, and validate business requirements for IT and operational projects.

Support project planning, implementation, and testing phases to ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
