What You'll Do

Assist professional nursing staff in providing care to Assisted Living residents

Support residents with daily living activities including personal care, providing fresh water, maintaining cleanliness, changing linens, weighing residents, preparing for meals, and distributing nourishments

Ensure Resident Rights are upheld and report any suspected abuse or neglect

Serve as a temporary stepping stone toward obtaining healthcare licensure (CNA, LPN, RN, etc.)

Apply basic sanitation knowledge

What You'll Need

High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience (required)

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a team

Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test
