Sales Representative - Warehousing/OTR
*Strong Understanding of 3PL/Warehousing and Over the Road Business
*Initiate, develop, and grow relationships/business with current customers and new customers in the 3PL/Warehousing and Over the Road Industries.
*Perform Outside Sales and meet monthly KPI's
*Be responsible for business development and account activity by supplying quotes and providing support for ongoing business.
*Negotiate rates and contracts with customers, carriers, and other parties
*Responsible for sales results compared to sales business goals by monitoring account activity.
*When obtaining new business, you will lead and assist in implementing operational warehousing/logistics process.
*Ensure Customer Satisfaction.
Qualifications/Skills
*Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business/Operations Management or equivalent combination of 3PL/Warehousing, or Supply Chain experience required. Minimum 2 or 3 years experience.
*Bilingual English and Spanish (Required)
*Excellent communication skills at all levels, with the customer including executive; strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability; ability to compose letters, emails, and other written documentation clearly and concisely.
*Excellent customer service skills with the ability to use industry knowledge while dealing with a variety of people and personalities.
*Must be able to present oneself in a highly cooperative and professional manner when meeting both internal and external customers and vendors face-to-face.
*Intermediate to upper intermediate experience using Windows operating system and Microsoft software applications is required.
*Must be a highly motivated with the desire to succeed.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
