JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with freight forwarders and transporters.

  • Prepare, review, and manage import and export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, AWB/BL, COO).

  • Handle customs declaration and clearance processes in compliance with Malaysian regulations.

  • Monitor shipment status, resolve logistics issues, and ensure on‑time delivery performance.

  • Maintain proper logistics records and prepare basic reports (shipment status, freight costs).

  • Drive continuous improvement in logistics efficiency and cost control.

  • Ensure compliance with Royal Malaysian Customs regulation, including tariff classification, valuation, and documentation accuracy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • PREFERABLE WITH 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, shipping, or import/export (manufacturing environment preferred).

  • Good knowledge of inbound & outbound logistics operations and Royal Malaysian Customs Department procedures.

  • Familiar with Incoterms, shipping documentation, and freight forwarding practices.

  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • Able to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
