<br><span><span>About The Role</span></span><p><span><span>Lead process and equipment improvements to enhance manufacturing performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and develop robust processes. This role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills.</span></span></p><span><span>Key Responsibilities</span></span><ul><li><span><span>Lead complex equipment or process changes and support replication across sites.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Investigate process issues to improve yield, throughput, and cycle time.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Evaluate new equipment, execute process experiments, and implement corrective actions.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Support installation, commissioning, and ramp-up of capital equipment and automation systems.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Manage technical staff, including training, mentoring, and performance reviews.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Drive continuous improvement through FMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and cycle time optimization.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Work cross-functionally at the local level while collaborating with global teams on process improvements.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Adhere to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards.</span></span></li></ul><span><span>Qualifications</span></span><ul><li><span><span>Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Engineering or Physical Sciences (or equivalent).</span></span></li><li><span><span>8 years of process engineering or R&D experience in a manufacturing environment.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong background in automation, robotics, AGV/AMR, and semiconductor processes.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Fluent in statistical analysis and structured problem solving.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Experience in leading small technical teams and performance management.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Knowledge of manufacturing processes, ISO 9000, SPC, Six Sigma, and FMEA/PFMEA.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and statistical tools.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Excellent communication skills, including executive-level presentations.</span></span></li><li><span><span>Proven project and change management expertise.</span></span></li></ul><span><span>Work Environment</span></span><ul><li><span><span>Travel: Up to 5% domestically for training, equipment support, and other manufacturing locations.</span></span></li></ul> <p><em><span><span>At Talent Wave Associates, we connect outstanding talent with exceptional opportunities.
