Role Overview
As a Shopper and Customer Marketing Management, you will lead the planning and execution of omnichannel trade marketing strategies that strengthen brand visibility, optimize the shopper journey, and drive conversion at the point of sale. This role requires both analytical rigor and creative thinking to design compelling in-store and online experiences across multiple categories and channels.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Route-to-Market Development
Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for new product launches across online and offline channels, ensuring alignment with brand and sales objectives.
Category Growth and Optimization
Analyze category performance and market trends to design effective category growth plans that maximize shelf presence and shopper relevance.
In-Store and Online Activation Planning
Design and manage end-to-end shopper marketing campaigns, including in-store merchandising, promotional strategies, POSM, and digital integration.
Seamless Omnichannel Integration
Collaborate with digital and retail teams to create a consistent shopper experience across e-commerce platforms and brick-and-mortar environments.
Consumer & Market Insight Utilization
Translate shopper and retail insights into data-driven strategies that drive trial, repeat purchase, and brand preference.
Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with Sales, Brand, Digital, and Supply Chain teams to ensure cohesive and timely campaign execution, ROI analysis, and post-activity reviews.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in shopper marketing, trade marketing, customer marketing, or brand activation, preferably in FMCG or beauty/wellness sectors.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to convert insights into actionable marketing initiatives.
Experience managing end-to-end marketing activations across multiple retail environments.
Advanced project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proficient in market research, sales data analysis, and budgeting.
A passion for shopper behavior, brand experience, and retail excellence.
