Be the First Friendly Face Our Customers See Toyota of Tacoma is looking for a professional, dependable Shuttle Driver to safely transport our customers while delivering the friendly, respectful service Toyota is known for. This role is primarily focused on customer shuttle services, with light porter support as needed. It’s a stable, customer-facing position with consistent hours and a supportive team environment. What You’ll Do Safely transport customers to and from the dealership in a timely, professional manner Assist passengers in and out of the shuttle and ensure a smooth, comfortable ride Plan efficient routes to keep customers on schedule Keep the shuttle clean, fueled, and ready for daily use Provide friendly, courteous service that reflects Toyota’s commitment to quality Complete occasional dealership errands, such as parts pickups Support the service department with light porter duties, including moving and staging vehicles Maintain accurate trip logs and communicate clearly with the service team What We’re Looking For A reliable, customer-focused professional who enjoys working with people Safe, confident driver with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Punctual, organized, and able to manage time effectively Comfortable using a company-provided cell phone for communication Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude Why Work at Toyota of Tacoma? Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers to and from the dealership in a timely, professional manner
• Assist passengers in and out of the shuttle and ensure a smooth, comfortable ride

• Keep the shuttle clean, fueled, and ready for daily use
• Provide friendly, courteous service that reflects Toyota’s commitment to quality

Requirements

• A reliable, customer-focused professional who enjoys working with people
• Safe, confident driver with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Punctual, organized, and able to manage time effectively
• Comfortable using a company-provided cell phone for communication
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Excellent driving skills and clean DMV Record
• Extraordinary communication skills and superior customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Positive outlook with a high-energy personality
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
