ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

Perform home visits to deliver nursing care (wound dressing, injections, vital signs monitoring, etc.).
Assess patient health status and report findings to physicians.
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care.
Administer medication and manage medical equipment.
Keep accurate records of patient care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Job Type: Permanent Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM4,552.90 per month
