Weekend Event & Studio Assistant

Freelance Basis | Fridays, Saturdays & Sundays

We are looking for enthusiastic sixth form students or university students to join our team as Weekend Event & Studio Assistants, helping us deliver beautiful weddings and events. We are ideally looking for the candidate to be living in South West London. Ideally near our studio In Hampton (TW12 2AX).

This is a hands-on, creative role supporting our floral design work both in the studio and on-site at weddings. No prior experience is required — full training will be provided.

About the Role

You’ll be assisting with the preparation and setup of floral designs for weddings and events. This includes:

In the Studio:

  • Creating simple floral arrangements (bud vases, buttonholes, etc.)
  • Assisting with floral mechanics and preparation
  • Conditioning flowers
  • Cleaning buckets and tools
  • Keeping the studio tidy and organised
  • Resetting and preparing the studio for the week ahead

On Event Days:

  • Assisting with wedding and event setup
  • Moving arrangements from ceremony to reception spaces
  • Helping with pack-down and post-event organisation
