We are currently seeking two experienced Teacher Managers to join our leadership team.
Position Overview
The Teacher Manager is a senior academic leadership role responsible for supervising teachers, ensuring instructional compliance, supporting hiring efforts, and maintaining high academic standards across the institution.
This role requires an experienced educator who is proactive, highly organized, and capable of leading independently without constant supervision.
This position offers a clear pathway toward a future Director-level role based on performance and institutional growth.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (required)
Master’s Degree in Education (required)
Minimum 10 years of classroom teaching experience
Minimum 10 years of leadership or supervisory experience
Minimum 5 years of online teaching experience
Experience working with ESL / English language learners
Demonstrated experience managing or evaluating educators
Applicants must have verifiable academic credentials and leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor teaching staff
Ensure compliance with institutional academic standards
Monitor instructional quality and performance metrics
Review teacher documentation and classroom delivery
Assist in screening and evaluating teacher candidates
