Driving enterprise revenue strategy, the full-time remote Vice President of Revenue Strategy will lead property revenue teams in developing and executing revenue plans, conducting market analysis, and aligning pricing and distribution strategies to maximize profitability across the hotel portfolio. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of strategic revenue plans, including demand forecasting and total revenue optimization Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks affecting revenue strategies Align revenue priorities across various departments to ensure effective execution of segmentation strategies and initiatives Required Qualifications 10 years of progressive experience in revenue strategy or related roles with a proven track record of driving revenue outcomes Strong knowledge of industry dynamics and market trends Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Proven leadership abilities with experience in developing and mentoring teams Outstanding communication skills to influence and collaborate across all organizational levels
