With our state-of-the-art facility, unbeatable work environment, and industry-leading compensation, you'll have the tools and resources to thrive and reach new heights in your career.<br/><br/><strong>Responsibilities</strong><br/><br/><ul><li>Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs and expectations on an ongoing basis to ensure the highest satisfaction.</li><li>Coordinate the involvement and escalation of internal resources, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet customers expectations.</li><li>Communicating customer concerns, challenges and the interaction of different processes within their organization.</li><li>Proactively lead document planning process that develops performance objectives, KPI's, financial targets, and critical milestones for the duration of each customer contract.</li><li>Act as a dedicated advocate for the customer, ensuring a seamless, positive experience throughout the entire transaction process.</li><li>Effectively prioritize tasks to maximize productivity and ensure efficient use of both your time and your team's resources.</li><li>Enthusiastically represent Orleans Toyota technology and solutions.</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>Qualifications</strong><br/><br/><ul><li>Customer-facing sales experience in challenging environments required; automotive dealership experience, (sales, service, F&I, or BDC) is a plus</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset</li><li>Comfortable with technology (dealership systems experience is a plus)</li><li>Experience with contracts/compliance or documentation-heavy roles is a plus</li><li>Flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends</li></ul><br/><br/><strong>What We Offer</strong><br/><ul><li>$75,000 - $90,000/year compensation (based on experience)</li><li>Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance</li><li>401(k) with company match + Employee Stock Purchase Plan</li><li>Paid Time Off (vacation & sick days)</li><li>Employee Vehicle Purchase Program</li><li>Career growth opportunities within a Fortune 250 company</li></ul><br/><br/>
