TRAVEL VOICE ACCOUNT
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to travel bookings
Assist customers with flight reservations, cancellations, and rebooking
Provide information about travel policies, schedules, and promotions
Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner
Accurately document call details in the system
Qualifications:
Good English verbal communication skills
Comfortable speaking with international customers
Basic computer navigation skills
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig
DELIVERY ACCOUNT (CHAT AND VOICE SUPPORT)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with delivery status, order tracking, and concerns via chat and calls
Handle refund requests, missing items, and order modifications
Coordinate with riders or partner merchants when needed
Provide timely and accurate updates to customers
Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions
Qualifications:
Good verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to multitask (handling chat and voice when required)
Basic typing and computer skills
Willing to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Pasig
