Job Description

We are hiring Associate Technical Support professionals to provide IT Service Desk support. The role involves handling technical issues, troubleshooting, and delivering end-user support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support via calls, email, or ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Ensure timely resolution of user queries
  • Maintain service quality and response time
Eligibility Criteria
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
  • Minimum 1 year experience in IT Service Desk / Technical Support
  • Good communication skills
