<strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>We are seeking experienced <strong>Amazon Connect Developers</strong> with strong expertise in <strong>AWS Lambda, Amazon Lex, and DevOps practices</strong> to support a leading Banking client in Atlanta, GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and related AWS services.<br><br>This is a fully onsite role, and candidates must be comfortable working from the client location in Atlanta, GA.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Design, develop, and implement contact center solutions using Amazon Connect.</li><li>Create and maintain call flows, routing profiles, queues, contact flows, and customer interaction workflows.</li><li>Integrate Amazon Connect with backend systems using AWS Lambda functions.</li><li>Develop and optimize conversational AI/chatbot solutions using Amazon Lex.</li><li>Build REST API integrations with third-party and enterprise applications.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve contact center application issues and performance bottlenecks.</li><li>Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes using DevOps tools and AWS services.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and support teams to gather and implement requirements.</li><li>Ensure security, compliance, and best practices within AWS cloud environments.</li><li>Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Required Skills</strong> <br><br><ul><li>8+ years of software development experience.</li><li>5+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect.</li><li>Strong experience in:</li><ul><li>Amazon Connect Contact Flows</li><li>Routing Profiles</li><li>Queues and User Management</li><li>Contact Center Integrations</li></ul><li>Strong hands-on experience with AWS Lambda.</li><li>Experience developing and maintaining Amazon Lex chatbots/voice bots.</li><li>Knowledge of AWS services including:</li><ul><li>API Gateway</li><li>S3</li><li>CloudWatch</li><li>DynamoDB</li><li>SNS/SQS</li><li>IAM</li></ul><li>Experience with Python, Node.js, or Java for Lambda development.</li><li>Strong understanding of AWS security and cloud architecture best practices.</li><li>Experience with Git, Jenkins, Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar DevOps tools.</li><li>Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Banking or Financial Services industry experience.</li><li>AWS Certifications (Developer Associate, Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer).</li><li>Experience with Contact Center modernization initiatives.</li><li>Knowledge of IVR, CTI, Voice/Chat integrations, and customer experience platforms.</li><li>Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.</li></ul>
